Summer Camp is live

The official Summer Camp Notes page is live with the first camp-week drop: fishing, Karp turn-ins, Acorns, skydiving, admin voting, water balloon needs, five new pets, and a new batch of pet wear, toys, and furniture.

What changed in Summer Camp

After three Journey to Summer Camp warm-up weeks, the event has landed at camp. The big new loop is fishing: catch Bronze, Silver, Gold, and rare Rainbow Karp, then trade the fish in at the Fishing Shop for bait, pets, and items.

The update also adds a skydiving activity from the Journey Airship, weekly admin voting, a Water Balloon Need, and a large prize table using Acorns, Karp, Bucks, or Robux depending on the item.

How fishing works

Start at the Fishing Shop and claim the Bronze Fishing Rod. Taskboard tasks can award Acorns and Karp Bait, and Acorns can also be spent to keep the loop moving.

Fishing difficulty depends on your rod and the fish. Bronze Rod is the starter option, Silver unlocks after 50 fish, and Gold unlocks after 250 fish. The notes also say Rainbow Karp can appear rarely in water, and players should use their best rod because it is hard to catch with Bronze.

+
Best early priority

If you are chasing pets, push fishing progression first. Rainbow Trout needs one Rainbow Karp, and Tealwood Monster Bait needs a pile of Bronze, Silver, and Gold Karp, so rod upgrades matter more than cosmetic spending early.

Skydiving and Acorn rewards

Summer Camp keeps the Journey Airship relevant by turning it into the skydiving entry point. Jump out, glide through rings, and land on the target for extra Acorns.

The official notes list 2,000 Acorns for clearing all glowing rings and up to 1,000 extra Acorns for hitting the middle of the bullseye. There is also a time-trial angle for players who want to optimize their drop route.

Admin voting and Water Balloon Need

The new Admin Voting booth asks players to pick between Jesse's Glyptodons Here and Dagi's Sheepdog Army each week. Your vote gives a public username badge for the week, locks once submitted, and the winning team is revealed during Saturday Admin Abuse. The winning reward goes to attending players regardless of which side they picked.

Pets can also ask for the Water Balloon Need at the Admin Forts. Bonking other players with water balloons earns Acorns, with the official notes calling out a 250 Acorn per in-game day cap from other players. Real admins can appear in servers too, and the notes say they can take more balloons and give more Acorns.

Are Summer Camp values live?

Not yet. The official prices and rarities are confirmed, but first-day shop costs are not reliable trade values. Rainbow Trout, Tealwood Monster, Clubtail Dragonfly, Solaris, and Aestus should stay in market-forming status until tracker-backed public rows and real trade offers settle.

For now, expect Solaris and Aestus to get early attention because they are Legendary Robux pets, while Rainbow Trout and Tealwood Monster may be gated by how hard Rainbow Karp and high-tier Karp stacks are to farm.

Bug fixes in Summer Camp

The official bug-fix list covers mobile event currency overlap on trading servers, the return of the Perchance to Dream poster icon, off-sale houses being removed from the Build Menu, and mannequin purchases being blocked once a player has hit the outfit save limit.

FAQ

What is the main Summer Camp activity?
Fishing. Players catch Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Rainbow Karp, then trade Karp in at the Fishing Shop for bait, pets, and items.
How much is Rainbow Trout?
Rainbow Trout costs 70,000 Acorns plus 1 Rainbow Karp.
How do you get Tealwood Monster?
Craft or buy Tealwood Monster Bait, then use it to catch Tealwood Monster inside the Fishing Shop.
How much do Solaris and Aestus cost?
Each pet is listed at 1,000 Robux solo, or both are included in the 1,500 Robux Summer Heat Bundle.
Should I trade for the new pets immediately?
Be careful. The pets are new, values are forming, and the safest play is to wait for tracker-backed rows before making high-value offers.
