Adopt Me Journey to Summer Camp Week 1: Bison, Ranger Beaver, and Compass Coins
Journey to Summer Camp Week 1 went live on Friday, May 29, 2026, during the 11:15 a.m. ET update window. The official notes introduce Beaver Bob, Compass Coins, the one-week Bison shop pet, and the 99 Robux Beaver Bob Bundle with Ranger Beaver.
What changed in Journey to Summer Camp Week 1
Adopt Me is starting a three-week road trip toward summer camp. Week 1 is the land-travel stop: Beaver Bob drives around Adoption Island, throws out Compass Coins, then parks his van so players can help cool the radiator.
Once the radiator task is completed in time, the back of the van opens and players can spend Compass Coins on the new Rare Bison and event items. Ducky Boxes also move to the VIP room until the summer event fully kicks off.
| Pet / item | Rarity | How to get | Cost / timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bison | Rare | Beaver Bob's Compass Coin shop | 6,850 Compass Coins; leaves after one week |
| Ranger Beaver | Rare | Beaver Bob Bundle | 99 Robux; bundle stays all three weeks |
| Forest Warden Hat | Rare | Beaver Bob Bundle | Included |
| Ranger Neckerchief | Rare | Beaver Bob Bundle | Included |
| Hiking Boots | Rare | Beaver Bob Bundle | Included |
| Pleather Boots | Common | Compass Coin shop | 1,900 Compass Coins |
| Cowboy Neckerchief | Uncommon | Compass Coin shop | 3,000 Compass Coins |
| Sheriff Hat | Rare | Compass Coin shop | 5,000 Compass Coins |
How Compass Coins work
Compass Coins are the event currency for the Journey to Summer Camp update. In Week 1, the official flow is simple: ride Beaver Bob's van around the island, collect the Compass Coins it throws out, then help cool the radiator by grabbing a bucket, refilling it with water, and throwing water over the fire.
The trade-relevant detail is the time window. Bison is a one-week pet, so players who want it without trading should prioritize the 6,850 Compass Coin price before spending heavily on accessories. Ranger Beaver is less time-pressured because the official notes say the 99 Robux bundle remains available for all three Journey weeks.
If you are playing free-to-play, save Compass Coins for Bison first. Accessories can be fun, but a one-week pet usually matters more for collection coverage and early trade demand.
Are Bison and Ranger Beaver values live?
Yes. The Patch audited the fresh public Adopt Me Values feed on June 10, 2026, and both Week 1 pets still have tracker-backed rows. Bison now reads 0.57 regular fly ride, 1.35 neon fly ride, and 5.25 mega fly ride. Ranger Beaver remains at 1.2 regular fly ride, 4.25 neon fly ride, and 18 mega fly ride.
Bison's shop window already ended on June 5, 2026, so it is now trade-only. Ranger Beaver is still easier to source directly because the Beaver Bob Bundle remains available for all three Journey weeks. Those timing differences still matter when you compare offers even though the calculator lanes are now live.
Bug fixes in the May 29 notes
The official notes also include several cleanup fixes. Birthday-present notifications should now show unnamed pets correctly, Home Potions should no longer send Premium plot owners into the void, and Admin Abuse polls should display answers to everyone again.
The update also fixes floating pet/player names appearing in the wrong place and a pet-pen issue where gifts could sometimes disappear before being opened.
